Our Client Service Representatives do what they can to accommodate all requests to the best of their ability. Emergencies are accepted any time our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, and if its possible, it is best to call before coming in so that we can advise you on your particular emergency and make sure a team member is awaiting your arrival to provide prompt service.
We have state of the art surgical, radiology, and ultrasound equipment that provide assistance diagnosing a pet when they fall ill. We have the capability of testing a pet for cardiac (heart) problems, high blood pressure, glaucoma, intestinal complications, and many other potentially critical illnesses. Our hospital will always provide the best preventative care to keep your pet healthy, but if they should become sick we have many ways of diagnosing and treating the issue.
Our hospital has an in-house laboratory for certain types of blood work panels and tests. We are also able to send out samples of blood, feces, cytologies, and surgically removed growths/masses to test for anything we do not have the capability of doing in house.
In order to provide you with the best available options for flea, tick, heartworm prevention and prescription food, we have an in-house pharmacy and the ability to provide prescription food for those pets in need of it.
